This 13mm ribbon is 100% silk and it does not fray. Each color also comes in 4mm and 7mm widths. Great to use for adding dimension to any needlepoint piece. If you have never used ribbon before, I would encourage you to look at the books in the accessory category. They are very user friendly. As with any overdyed fiber, make sure that you have enough fiber at the start of your project to complete your piece. Dye lots can very widely.
